This year the Full Festival Ticket of $20 (thru 6/9) and $25 (on 6/10) will include general admission to Media Theatre / Ruthie Foster Show @ 8:15pm. Theatre Seating is on first-come / first served basis. Theatre doors will open at 7:15pm.

This is a change from 2016, when separate Tickets were sold that admitted holder to Theatre + All Other Venues.”

WXPN WELCOMES and The Media Business Authority proudly presents Ruthie Foster as our headline performer at the Media Theatre.

Ruthie Foster is an extraordinary singer/songwriter from Texas who mixes a wide palette of American Song forms. She has been nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Blues Album three times in a row. Ruthie has won seven Blues Music Awards, three Austin Music Awards, and Living Blues Critic’s Award for Best Female Artist. Described by Rolling Stone as “Pure magic to watch and here;” her new CD Joy Comes Back was just released in March: “Some Blues, some Folk, some Soul, some Rock, and some Gospel.”

Come to State Street in downtown Media and experience a full round of Blues as performed by more than 25 talented acts at 22 indoor venues and 2 outdoor stages.
